I chose this song because whenever someone talks about Vanity, this is the first song that comes to their mind. Not only that but it has many uses of imagery. In the first stanza Carly sings,
"You walked into the party like you were walking onto a yacht
Your hat strategically dipped below one eye
Your scarf it was apricot
You had one eye in the mirror as you watched yourself gavotte
And all the girls dreamed that they'd be your partner
They'd be your partner, and... "

This stanza accurately paints a picture in our mind. I can easily picture a man on a boat surrounded by beautiful people while staring in a mirror.
